Withdrawal information

Applies to purchases by consumers in the web app app.fingerchord.com. For App Store purchases, Apple's rules apply.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (The Maker Academy, Maik Schuheida, Heidenburgstraße 6D, 70378 Stuttgart, Germany, email: hello@fingerchord.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium and for digital services once we have begun performance after you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract. You give this consent with a separate checkbox in the web app checkout.
